Pottery Auction Projects
Pottery projects are the most popular auction items. If you allow us the honor of turning your project into
something fabulous, we offer the following options:
- $25.00 - We'll personalize the piece of your choice with first names (up to 40 names), write up to 10 words
of additional text & turn all of those fingerprints into your choice of simple designs (using black only). This
does not include any painting by our staff (for example, base coats).
- $35.00 - We'll personalize the piece of your choice with first names (up to 40 names), write up to 10 words
of additional text & turn all of those fingerprints into your choice of simple designs (using black only). Minor
painting or base coating by our staff is included.
- $45.00 - We'll personalize the piece of your choice with first
names (up to 40 names), write up to 10 words
of additional text & turn all of those fingerprints into custom designs, using full color. Includes all customized
painting by our staff.
Please allow yourself at least two to three weeks to complete your project. Don't forget that you will need to
allow time for the following:
- Getting the piece(s) to the school to get the prints or have the kids paint,
- Bringing it back to the studio,
- Finishing the painting and personalizing of the piece(s) yourself or allowing us to finish them for you,
- Glazing and firing,
- Providing it to the organization in time for any photographs or display prior to the event.

Tile Project Finishing Options
Tile Finishing Options
We love tile projects. They always turn out so beautifully! We strongly recommend that you email us at
partypaw@gmail.com to set an appointment with one of our helpful auction specialists to discuss your project
before you begin.
We offer the following services:
- For $1.00 additional per tile - We'll personalize each tile with first names and turn all of those fingerprints
into your choice of simple designs (using black only). This does not include any painting by our staff (for
example, base coats).
- For $2.00 additional per tile - We'll personalize each tile with first names, turn all of those fingerprints into
your choice of simple designs (using black only) and complete some minor painting on each tile.
- $10 plus cost of tile – We'll design and custom paint the design on a Center or Focal Point tile.
- $ 75-125 We will glue all tiles onto your bench, birdbath or other item, apply the grout and seal the grout. Most projects fall on the lower end of this range.
We are also able to locate certain items for your project from mirrors to concrete benches.
Please allow yourself at least three to four weeks to complete your project. Don't forget that you will need to
allow time for the following:
- Designing of the theme and overall layout,
- Purchasing of the bench, table, birdbath, or other item,
- Determining the final number and size of the tiles needed,
- Ordering of any non-standard tile sizes (some of the smaller tiles must be special ordered),
- Getting the tiles to the school to get the prints or have the kids paint,
- Bringing the tiles back to the studio,
- Finishing the painting and personalizing of the tiles yourself or allowing us to finish them for you,
- Glazing and firing of all tiles,
- Gluing, grouting and sealing of final piece,
- Providing it to the organization in time for any photographs or display prior to the event.
